The residents and holiday makers of Brighton woke up to a sweet surprise when a giant castle made of chocolate appeared on the sea front!
Cadbury’s used 90,000 of its Dairy Milk pebbles to make the creation on the most popular of pebble seafronts, Brighton Beach.
It took 5 people 100 hours in the Helix workshop to build, and is nearly three metres tall. Using a quarter tonne of fondant icing and 20kilos of icing sugar to stick it all together the yummiest of all castles this August bank holiday weekend!
