We took delivery of a couple of shipping containers early this summer ready to build a bespoke bar for an exciting project at Battersea Power Station.
After some serious adjustments at the workshop the containers took on a new life dispensing cocktails in coconuts, Prosecco and Heineken.
Once on site they formed the mezzanine bar whilst Everyman Cinema took over Battersea Power Station this summer for The Power of Summer, an outdoor cinema and feasting village. Helix3d provided all sorts of structures including seating pods, food stations, walkways and bar areas.
Along with the team at Bread Collective a village of feasting and relaxing areas was created and themed. You can see more of their work and fantastic photos here: http://www.breadcollective.co.uk/work/#/the-power-of-summer/
A central pavilion created a focus for friends to meet on site.
A summer of good weather meant the outdoor screenings were extremely popular with cult favourites, kids events and Heineken even taking over for a night for their own event.
When the sun went down there were some spectacular sunsets recorded and then the lighting really took over.
So if you need to transform an area, big or small, even if you don’t have an iconic power station as a backdrop do give us a call.
