Brief: To dress a multi storey car park as a war torn army base for a briefing at the launch of Tour of duty. Camoflage netting, mangled cars, ammo cases and corrugated iron all produced an appropriate atmosphere, with the central screen encased in distressed concrete. All produced on a tight budget and maneuvered into place despite difficult access.
